Shipping (General Informations)

  • We are shipping from Mirabel, Qc, Canada.
  • For Canada, we offer tracked shipping only, because too many packages are lost with the lettermail option. Our carriers are Intelcom and Canada Post.
  • For international destinations including USA, we offer tracked shipping that uses USPS.

Processing/Production Timelines

How much time does it take to produce, process and ship my order?

If you ordered :

  • Pens (Finished)  : 1-2 business days
  • Pens (Customs from blanks) : 6 weeks to a few months 
  • Putty : 5-15 business days
  • 3D : 5-15 business days
  • Diamond Paintings : 1-5 business days
  • Monthly Boxes : they ship during their respective month
  • Business Days :  Mondays to Fridays excluding any Holiday

Then, the delivery time varies depending on where you are located in the world (we ship from Quebec, Eastern Canada).

Combining Orders

  • We combine orders if you want save on shipping fees. Message us to do so!
  • Combining orders means that we will put aside the 1st order when it's ready until the 2nd order is ready and not the inverse.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We currently don't accept any returns or exchanges.
  • We will replace any defective/broken product, message us!

Cancellations

  • We currently don't accept any cancellations.
